We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means if you are unsatisfied with the results or your product arrives damaged, we will refund you or replace the piece with no cost to you!

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the the process. Returns or refunds requested after 7 days will be treated on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your request must include photos and a description of where you are not satisfied. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot process returns or refunds due to issues with the image you provided. Stand Up Photos is not responsible if text is spelled incorrectly on the image you provide and cannot be refunded for that reason alone. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
